Photos of current Faulconer Construction
equipment yard off Rio Road

Faulconer Construction is proposing to relocate their office headquarters, equipment storage yard, and equipment repair shop to a pristine 27 acres of forest in an Ivy, Virginia residential area.  The cranes (about 3 stories in height) would be visible for miles.  The oversized vehicles would transport industrial equipment to and from the site on narrow secondary roads with very dangerous intersections at Route 250.  Fuel, oil and explosives would be stored on site.

The Morgantown Road Action Committee needs your help, otherwise our neighborhood is going to look like these photos of Faulconer's current equipment yard off Rio Road.

"It is our belief that this site design will open up this heavily wooded site and provide the immediate area with a park like setting that will help to soften the affect of the other development that has already occurred near by."
